Atmospheric anomaly horror, P1: Anchor Light, moors the Xbox dock today
Xbox S/X players can finally get their hands on Deadbolt Interactive’s anxiety inducing, “red light, green light” anomaly title, following its release on PC and PlayStation earlier this year
Psychological anomaly-hunting horror title, P1: Anchor Light, launches across Xbox S/X consoles today, Perp Games and Deadbolt Interactive announce.
Set in an opulent, art deco lighthouse, prepare to get drawn into the PARADISE universe, where your task is to memorise your surroundings. Hunt for anomalies and climb to the 10th floor in a bid to shut it down once and for all, but with a sketchy past seeping through every nook, cranny, and collectible Floppy Disc, you may discover more than something that’s a little… “off”.
With its unique “red light, green light” mechanic, moving through each floor won’t be easy. Music is piped through the speakers, but it when it cuts out, you must freeze in place to avoid detection… and your death. Confident that there are no anomalies? Head through the green door. Spotted an anomaly or two? The red door is the answer. With every choice harbouring a consequence, make sure you’ve been thorough before you ascend the spiralling staircase.
Turn familiarity into fear with unlockable difficulty modes. Got the environment locked down? ‘Nightmare Mode’ may make you question your own sanity. The toughest anomaly-hunters can take on the additional ‘Endless mode’. With high risk comes high reward, but remember, more time spent on each floor means you increase your chances of being spotted.
Play P1: Anchor Light now on Xbox S/X consoles for €7.99/£6.99/$7.99 (*Note that exchange rate fluctuations in the digital store may slightly affect your local pricing).
