Trenches VR arrives on PlayStation VR 2, Meta Quest, and Steam VR on October 22nd

Hold your breath. Publisher Perp Games and Steelkrill Studio, the developer of Backrooms 1998 and The Stairway 7, today announces that Trenches VR is coming to all major VR platforms this October 22nd.
Following its flatscreen success across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles, the intense World War 1 survival horror will see players thrust into a surreal nightmare and into the muddy boots of James R. Desperate to escape the claustrophobic trenches and return back to his family, he’ll first need to survive and fight for his sanity by eluding relentless monsters, collecting clues, and outsmarting pursuers with sound and strategy in stunningly terrifying VR.

Trenches VR features a tirelessly tailored and intricate sound design system where your hearing will be a vital tool, and your microphone a dead giveaway.
Hold your breath… the enemies will be able to detect each board-trodden footstep, and quickened, panicked breath via your microphone on Meta Quest and Steam VR when nearby.
Your handy trench whistle can be a beacon, giving guidance towards vital clues, but can also beckon unwanted foes to your location and hasten your demise.
Every maddening mimicry trick in the book will be used to keep you from escaping, so be careful when utilizing noisy diversion tactics and make sure you stay quiet.
